Complaints and returns - this is how it works:

Please fill out the enclosed return receipt carefully.

All information is voluntary.

Failure to complete the form will not affect your consumer rights, but will make it more difficult to process the return.

1. Packing

 Please take the time to carefully pack the items to be returned. Remove old labels and barcodes from the shipping box.

2. Fill in the return voucher and put it in the parcel

After successful processing of the return, we will send you an e-mail and, provided all requirements are met (cf. our terms and conditions), refund to the means of payment used for the purchase or to the means of payment mentioned below.

If sealed goods are opened or if there are traces of use, we are entitled in the case of a revocation (return without reason) under certain circumstances to refuse the rescission of the contract completely or to charge for the reduction in value.
